Effective April 2, 2021 there are no longer fees associated with Auto Pay!
The City of Palmer accepts Visa or Mastercard credit cards for online payments.
There are three ways to pay online:
- Enroll in Auto Pay (No fees apply): This option allows you to select the date your credit card will be processed each month.
- One-time payment ($3.50 total fee): This option allows you to make a payment now. ($1.25 will appear separately on your credit card statement as "Tyler Technology" and $2.25 will be charged by the city for the use of this service option).
- Schedule a payment ($3.50 total fee): This option allows you to make a one-time payment on a specified future date. ($1.25 will appear separately on your credit card statement as "Tyler Technology" and $2.25 will be charged by the city for the use of this service option).
Once registered, you will have access to view new bills and consumption by the 15th of the month.
All payments are due by the 5th of the following month. Thereafter, late fees will be applied to all accounts with outstanding balances.
DISCONNECTED FOR NON-PAYMENT? You may NOT pay online for reconnection. Contact our office directly to bring your account current and arrange for reconnection of service. **
